Electronically scans a “QR” code of HCA and Client to stop entry errors.
Confirms that HCA is authorized to provide care to client.
GPS Time Stamping
Electronically and lawfully creates a time stamp validating the location of the HCA and the client.
Each entry on device will send a new time stamp and geocode to the server.
Electronically creates a TIME SHEET where each work shift is signed by the client and by the home care aide using state of the art signature verification.
Electronically creates a picture for comparison to HCA picture on file for verification purposes.
Monitors Start and Stop time
Monitors time from sign in to starting shift
Monitors hours worked and authorized hours left to work
Periodic alarms during the HCA shift can be implemented to assure the HCA is still on location. The HCA would need to provide a facial or voice recognition to turn off alarm.
Alarms for rotation or repositioning can also be turned on to assure proper timing (coming soon)
